STACY PAETZEL, RLA

Marshall Paetzel Landscape Architecture, PC was founded by Stacy Paetzel, a New York State Registered Landscape Architect. Ms. Paetzel is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, US Green Building Association, American Planning Association, and board member of the New York State Council of Landscape Architects.

An active member of the design community, Ms. Paetzel has organized review sessions and taught courses to assist up-and-coming landscape architects obtain licensure. Ms. Paetzel was recently appointed to the ASLA National Licensure Committee for her continuing work to promote the profession.

Before forming MPLA, Ms. Paetzel worked for Land Marks, a land planning and conservation firm based in East Hampton, New York. East Hampton’s zoning regulations are some of the most progressive in the country. Ms. Paetzel has assisted many clients by preparing plans for submission to municipalities and communicates with municipal boards and planning staff to find workable solutions.

BOB WEISS, RLA

Mr. Weiss joined MPLA in December of 2011 as a Project Manager/Senior Designer. Having graduated with honors from the University of California/Berkeley, Mr. Weiss has worked in both the public and private sector of the profession, concentrating oncommunity/open space planning and high-end residential design. Prior to joining MPLA, Mr. Weiss worked for Devore Associates, Fairfield, Connecticut and Stonehill Design, Baltimore, Maryland concentrating on high-end residential design and planning. Mr. Weiss is a member of ASLA, has led various workshops on residential design, and is licensed in the State of Maryland

TYLER MORGAN, Design Associate

Joining MPLA as a design associate in December of 2011, Tyler has spent previous summers working for design-build firms within the realm of residential design. From the town of Quogue, Tyler has grown up appreciating the natural landscape unique to the east-end of Long Island. Tyler graduated with honors in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University in 2011. His interest in landscape architecture grew out of a love for golf course architecture and creating functionally beautiful spaces that blend seamlessly with the natural environment. In his free time, Tyler enjoys playing golf and being on the water. Tyler serves his community as a volunteer firefighter.
