ESTATE PLANNING/FARMLAND PRESERVATION
When planning for the future of large estate parcels or active farmland, MPLA begins by analyzing the natural features of the site.  Slopes, views, existing vegetation, soils, sun and wind exposure, privacy, and zoning regulations are all taken into consideration when determining what areas are most suitable for building and what should be preserved in a reserved area or easement.

MPLA is experienced in the preparation of preliminary subdivision maps for submission to municipalities and regularly represents clients at board meetings and public hearings.
