Set on a breathtaking oceanfront site, Double Dunes Cottage is a testament to the power of collaboration and inspired design. With wonderful clients, a visionary team of architects, designers, and builders, and an extraordinary collection of sculpture, this project seamlessly integrates art, landscape, and coastal living. Our design embraces the site's natural beauty, balancing formal and organic elements to create a dynamic yet serene retreat. Thoughtfully placed plantings frame ocean views, while curated garden spaces provide the perfect setting for the homeowners’ impressive sculptures. Every detail, from windswept grasses to elegant water features enhances the connection between land, sea, and art. With Phase 2 set to be unveiled in late 2025, this ever-evolving project remains one of our all-time favorites.
