MPLA completed a comprehensive master plan, including a swimming pool with built-in spa, bluestone terraces, custom stainless steel and cedar pool fence, and cutting garden with lily pond.  Our design team worked closely with the client's permitting consultant to obtain necessary permits from the Town of Southold and NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, including the pond front native plant buffer in the images above.
