Tucked between the Atlantic Ocean and Napeague Bay, this resort property needed a fresh, updated look. MPLA assisted in obtaining permits from the NYSDEC, Suffolk County Department of Health Services and the Town of East Hampton Planning and Zoning Boards. MPLA redesigned the entire site, decreasing the amount of asphalt by 30% and adding native plantings to protect the adjacent dunes and wetlands.
